Supervises, performs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of building and equipment and works closely with the Property Manager in assuring the success of the property.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Keep the Manager informed of all maintenance operations.
*Maintains a positive and professional rapport with residents. (Good communication)
*Refurbishing, cleaning, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishing of buildings.
*Emergency on-call coverage.
*Requisitions and purchases. (Equipment and supplies).
*Inspections
*Supervises Maintenance Technicians and possibly Grounds Personnel.
*Good communication and problem solving skills.

Experience:
HVAC Certification required. 1- 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
