Must have experience in property management, communication, leasing, supervisory, employee relations and is able to make sound judgment decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Making the property a success – financially and aesthetically.
*Maintaining and/or increasing occupancy
*Facility Management in conjunction with Maintenance Supervisor
*Public relations
*Team building
*Supervision of capital improvements.
*Rental Procedures
*Inspections
*Review and approve all applications (Meet company criteria)
*Move-in process
*Screening, interviewing and hiring for all positions
*Employee Review process
*All residential relations (Resident retention, services, on call maintenance, social activities, quality of service)
*Budget control (yearly budget)
Experience:
Two to five years of property management experience and computer knowledge.
